"The Birthday episode" -Birthday edition
A German chocolate cake layered with coconut -pecan custard filling and frosted in Ganache, covered in fondant.This cake depicts the birthday episode of Mohit who cherishes his events through the day at his study desk whilst enjoying a glass of his favorite drink.All the elements from his life-Vintage postcard, Jaguar car keys, Ray-Ban shades, Instagram frame, Johnnie Walker bottle, rustic wooden study desk have been created in Fondant & handpainted in edible colors.The amber drink glass is created in an edible medium.In order to bring a comic touch to the theme, Johnny Bravo(the cartoon Character) has been used instead of the original logo on the bottle.A gold embellished tile floor effect has been created on the cake board.Made for Mohit for his birthday on request by his close friends Hansel & Pearl Fonseca.
