"The Surreal Woodland Reindeer" -Competition entry
Design Inspiration-" I have often dreamt of walking in the woods on a snowy Christmas Eve and spotting Golden Reindeers. Although the existence of such a reindeer is pure fantasy the moment is so magical that it adds to the magnificence of the festive night. Golden reindeer decorations are often used these days to adorn Christmas trees and homes. I couldn’t think of anything better to recreate this Christmas." This Cake Dummy was created in Royal Icing & handpainted in edible colors.Created for the entry to the Final Selection round for BBC Good food Magazine Cake Design Competition.Sadly, I did not make it to the finals.Nevertheless, I wanted to share this little creation with you all as it was a very special one for me from last Christmas.
