"Earl Grey and Lady grey"- Tea infused Macarons
This box of assorted Macarons were requested by my client John a few weeks ago..
These Orange hued Lady grey tea infused macarons are a burst of orange and tea in every bite.The white chocolate ganache filling compliments the zesty flavour beautifully.They say people notice your feet before anything else.So I decided on painting their feet golden ( pun intended )
The sophisticated grey macarons are flavoured with Earl Grey tea.The silky Lemon curd is my go to filling for these.For a festive touch I have brushed the feet with edible bronze.
Stacked together in a clear box, these two distinctly flavored and coloured macarons stand out beautifully complementing each other.
