"On a dieting spree" -Birthday edition
A German Chocolate cake layered with coconut pecan filling and frosted in Ganache. This cake depicts the current scenes from a man's life who is on a dieting spree and trying to alleviate his health issues via Ayurveda and Yoga.Products by Patanjali and Indulekha seem to have become his daily essentials, while all of this has left his wife amused enough to incorporate into his birthday cake. The comic bits have been created in Gum paste and handpainted with edible colors.The green wreath has been hand-piped in royal icing and handpainted.Made for Ameet as requested by his wife Shirley Fernandes on his birthday as a surprise.
