"Christmas fruit cake" - Christmas edition

Rich Plum cakes prepared meticulously over a period of two months by soaking a variety of dried fruits followed by the preparation of a fragrant batter consisting of nine varieties of dried fruits delicately spiced with ginger, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and citrus fruits along with chopped walnuts and cashews.Slow baked to perfection & ripened.The cake topper has been handcrafted in gum paste, embossed wreath in Royal icing & finished off in festive hues using watercolor art in edible paints. A batch of 21 cakes was dispatched from our oven this Christmas.We thank you for all your cooperation and support to make this happen. Merry Christmas...
