A Chocolate Mud cake layered & frosted in Ganache.This cake attributes to the baby steps of cricket in the mind of a nine-year-old boy.The elements of the cake-Cricket Bat, Ball, Wicket & Chalkboard Score have been created in Fondant & handpainted in edible colors.Coloured Buttercream has been used to create the pitch and an earthy feel to the cake.Made for Mayookh for his 9th Birthday as requested by his father Manikuttan.
