"Floral Fantasy Cake"- Birthday edition
A Carrot cake layered with Dulce de Leche frosting and frosted with Vanilla buttercream and Fondant.The cake depicts the fantasy of a little girl playing on a floral swing underneath a diadem of flowers in spring.The flowers namely-Chrysanthemum, Hydrangea, and Stephanosis have been created with gum paste.The other elements include a Chalkboard cake topper and the silhouette of a girl which have been created with fondant and hand painted with edible colors.Made for Jenna on her 3rd birthday on request by Varghese.
